Shorts Automation · Effective October 26, 2026

Shorts Automation (“the app”) is a desktop application that runs on its operator’s own computer. It is used to write, produce and upload short videos to the operator’s own YouTube channel, TinyDramaCourt. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used and how you can revoke access.

In short: the app only uses Google access to upload videos to the YouTube channel you sign in with. Your Google data stays on the computer running the app. We do not sell, share or transfer it, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

1. Google and YouTube data we access

When you sign in with Google, the app requests a single permission:

The app does not read your email, contacts, files, watch history, subscribers, comments or any other account data, and it does not change channel settings other than the videos it uploads.

2. How the data is used

3. Storage and security

4. Third-party services

To create videos, the app sends content prompts (topics, scripts and scene descriptions — never your Google account data) to AI services: Anthropic (Claude) for writing scripts, OpenAI for images, speech and word timing, and Higgsfield for video clips. Public story sources such as Reddit and news feeds are read to find topics. These services process the prompts under their own privacy policies. Google user data obtained through the YouTube API is never shared with them.

5. Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, credit decisions or to develop or train AI/ML models.

6. Retention and deletion

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
