Terms of Service

1. What the app is

Shorts Automation is a desktop tool used by its operator to produce short videos and upload them to the operator’s own YouTube channel (TinyDramaCourt). It is not offered as a public service.

2. YouTube

The app uses the YouTube API Services. Using it means you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Your content and responsibility

• Every video is reviewed and approved by the operator before upload. The operator is responsible for the content published to the channel and for following YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
• Stories based on public posts are dramatized adaptations; names are fictional and they reflect one person’s account.

4. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from its use.
